It’s a marketing scheme as old as rice noodles: Dress up in ridiculous, DIY cosplay to sell some Pad Thai.
Suwan Suwannarin, a 54-year-old Pattaya man also known as “Uncle Kaek,” was featured on Morning News today for his awesome costume inspired by the interplanetary trophy hunters known as Predators.
Uncle Kaek said he used only found materials to make his costume. The head was made from a helmet while the black slings, which are supposed to be the alien’s hair, were made by electrical cords.
This is a quite a change-up in genres for Uncle Kaek, who says he usually prefers Native American-themed clothes, which would explain the long braided hair.
