We visited 70-year-old Ming Pochana, a favorite spot in town for moo satay (grilled pork satay), on the second episode of Instakitchen Bangkok.
This simple and super popular snack sustains everyone from construction laborers to students to office workers in the Thai capital.
Ming Pochana gets its pork sirloin delivered fresh every morning and soaks it in a special herbal Chinese marinade before grilling the meat on wooden sticks over charcoal.
The satays are then served with a spicy black soy sauce for dipping and pickled chili and shallots on the side. Delicious!
