Coconuts TV recently visited the almost 70-year-old street cart turned restaurant to watch its second-generation owner prepare this go-to dish: a mouth-watering plate of rice dressed simply with juicy charcoal grilled pork, fragrant Chinese sausages and a boiled egg. A splash of their homemade gravy made of peanut, sesame seed, garlic and Chinese herbs follows for a near perfect savory taste.
