It’s back! Cool weather hits Bangkok, again

Brr! After we just recovered from the recent cool weather and were back to sweating our Coconuts off, this morning we felt that unmistakeable chill in the air again as the thermostat hit 18 degrees.

Yep, the “cold spell” is back, thanks to a strong high pressure from China which will cover Thailand until tomorrow.

The Thai Meteorological Department issued a weather warning to the public, informing us that temperatures across the country will drop by 2-4 degrees Celsius and that we should keep “warm and healthy.” Alright, mom.

Bangkok will experience strong winds and a 2-3 degree drop in temperature until tomorrow, with minimum temperatures of 15-18 degrees Celsius and maximum temperatures of 28-32 degrees Celsius.

From Wednesday to Saturday, the weather will be cool with some fog in the morning, but temperatures will rise to a minimum of 22-26 degrees Celsius, maximum of 30-34 degrees Celsius.
